Calling all Cubs and Webelos! Round up friends from your Pack along with any classmates who are eligible to be Cub Scouts or Webelos, and ya’ll come to the Red-tailed Hawk 2012 Day Camp at Lake Olathe, June 18-22. Day Camp this year is all about the Wild West – where you can find fun and adventure waiting for you at each turn. This is one camp you won’t want to miss!
How do we register?
Registration with RTH District to attend camp is STILL just $55 per person if paid on or before April Roundtable (April 5). The rate increases to $65 after April 5, so sign-up early to get the best deal. All newly registered Scouts or friends of Scouts are $55 regardless of age. Your Pack may add additional fees to cover transportation, special “pack” apparel, livery fees, hot bath & shaves, boot shines, tack repair, and the like!
Each Pack should designate a Day Camp coordinator. This person will help manage all of the necessary forms that are required for Day Camp and also be the go to person with up-to-date information about camp. This position may fall under your camping chair if you already have one for your pack. The Red-Tailed Hawk District will conduct Day Camp Coordinator training at our District Roundtable on February 2 and March 1. Roundtable is held at the College Church of the Nazarene in the Cunningham Family Life Center on the 2nd Floor, 2020 E. Sheridan, Olathe, KS and begins at 7:00 PM.
